Gradi\u0161ka bases its tourist potential on the diversity and wealth of geographical, historical and natural sights of Kozara, Lijev\u010da polje and Posavina, i.e. on rural, excursion, hunting-fishing and eco-tourism imbued with cultural events. City tourism, the Sava River, Donja Dolina and transit tourism should also be mentioned, considering that Gradi\u0161ka is the largest and most important border entrance from Europe to Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/p>\n

More famous picnic spots and archaeological sites are the Karanovac Monastery in Gornji Kijevci from the Roman period and the Middle Ages, Vrba\u0161ki town from the 13th century, log cabin church in Romanovci from the 18th century, and the cave in Trnovac, as well as the excursion site “Suboti\u0107i” in the village of Kozara and the swimming pool “Jezero” in Laminci. The large project “Archaeological Ecological Park of Donja Dolina-Barda\u010da” belongs to the list of projects respectable by European standards.<\/p>\n

Throughout all seasons, Gradiska is accompanied by rich and diverse cultural and entertainment events.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The health care system in the City area consists of three public health institutions.<\/p>\n

Gradi\u0161ka has a long tradition in education. The education process takes place through the work of seven primary schools, three secondary schools and a primary music school. The schools are equipped with modern equipment and classrooms and are trained to organize modern classes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The central place of cultural events and manifestations is the Cultural Center, which has spatial and technical capabilities of the highest level. The bearers of cultural content are numerous amateur cultural and artistic societies, as well as the National Museum and the National Library.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

More than 70 sports organizations are active in the city area in about 20 sports areas. The tradition of organized sports has been present for over 100 years, and in some areas of competitive sports (football, basketball, bowling, volleyball) top results are achieved.
